Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between: Qamentum Ltd 82A James Carter Road Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds Suffolk, IP28 7DE United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and users of the Pakta.ai website (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). The service is intended for consumers and users who wish to use a digital service to support the recovery of rental deposits in Germany.

Subject of the Contract 

The Provider offers a digital service designed to assist customers in recovering a rental deposit. This includes in particular: • Provision of information • Calculation of legal deadlines • Creation of templates and documents (e.g. formal demand letters) • Guidance on possible next steps The Provider does not offer individual legal advice and is not a law firm within the meaning of the German Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz (RDG). All documents are standardised outputs based on publicly available statutory provisions. Submission of documents is carried out exclusively by the Customer independently and at their own discretion.

Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded when the Customer: • completes the order on the website, and • successfully completes the payment By completing the order, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Prices and Payment

Payments are processed via Revolut Payments UAB. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Service Delivery

Digital content is typically provided immediately after payment via email or through the website. The Provider aims to ensure uninterrupted availability but does not guarantee continuous or error-free access.

No Legal Advice

All content and documents provided are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer. The Provider generates standardised documents based on publicly available statutory provisions. The Customer submits all documents independently and at their own responsibility.

Customer Responsibilities 

The Customer is responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete information • Using the provided content at their own discretion The Provider is not liable for consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Liability

The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damages. No liability is assumed for the actual outcome (e.g. successful recovery of the deposit).

Intellectual Property

All content, documents, and materials remain the property of the Provider. They may only be used for personal purposes. Any reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where the Customer is a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive the Customer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

The Provider is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
